Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Copelynn Layne & Co! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a return. items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. 

Non-returnable items include sale or clearance items or gift cards. 

To start return process, contact us at copelynnlayneco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send the return instructions. Ship your return using a trackable method (customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was defective or incorrect).

There are NO refunds. STORE CREDIT ONLY! 

For exchanges, we offer exchanges only for the same item in a different size (if available). For a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at copelynnlayneco@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We'll review your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
